1. The Service

Florida Tint Exemption provides online intake, referral coordination, and administrative support with MyEyeRx. Neither this site nor MyEyeRx owns or controls a clinician's judgment. When clinical review is part of the requested service, an independent, appropriately licensed clinician makes an individual decision. Separate state or agency steps may apply. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application and paying the consultation fee does not guarantee approval. Whether an exemption is supported is determined solely by an independent, appropriately licensed clinician based on the medical documentation you provide and the requirements of Florida law. Many conditions are commonly associated with approval, but eligibility is always evaluated case by case. We do not influence the physician's clinical judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a licensed driver (or the intended driver of the vehicle), and provide accurate, truthful information. Submitting false information or fraudulent documentation may result in denial and forfeiture of fees.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments cover the intake, referral-coordination, and administrative services described at checkout. Payment does not purchase or guarantee a diagnosis, clinician approval, documentation, agency acceptance, or a specific completion time.

• The listed service fee for Florida is $275 and is processed through Stripe when checkout is available for the application.
• A supporting medical document must be securely received before checkout is offered. Additional records may still be requested after submission.
• Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are evaluated under this posted policy, the checkout disclosures, services already performed, and applicable law. An outcome is never guaranteed merely because a payment was accepted.
• A $25 refund processing fee applies to ALL refunds, regardless of the reason, and is deducted from any refunded amount. This fee is acknowledged by a required checkbox before payment. To avoid it, call (734) 338-8453 before paying to confirm you have everything needed to proceed.
• Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical and contact information.
• Keep your issued exemption documentation in your vehicle as required by Florida law.
• Comply with all applicable traffic and vehicle-equipment laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
